At Kelly Brows, we adhere to the highest professional standards to ensure your safety and the integrity of your results. Because semi-permanent makeup involves the delicate skin of the brows and eyelids, we kindly ask that you review the following medical guidelines prior to your appointment.

For your safety, we are unable to perform semi-permanent makeup if:

• Keloid History: You have a documented history of keloid scarring.
• Pregnancy: You are currently pregnant or nursing.

Certain conditions can affect pigment retention or the healing process. Please consult with us if you have:

• Recent Accutane Use: You must be off Accutane for at least 12 months.
• Chronic Health Management: This includes Diabetes, Autoimmune disorders, or Heart conditions (including the use of a Pacemaker).
• Current Medications: Use of daily blood thinners, such as Aspirin or Fish Oil, which may increase sensitivity and bleeding.
• Dermatological Concerns: Any active acne, eczema, or psoriasis in the brow or eyelid area.

To ensure a comfortable experience, please disclose any known allergies to:

• Topical Anesthetics: Specifically Lidocaine or Epinephrine.
• Metals & Dyes: Nickel or Hair Dyes.
• Latex: We maintain a safe environment and need to know if you require latex-free alternatives.

If you have previous work from another artist—whether on your brows or eyeliner—a clear, high-resolution photo of the area must be emailed to Kelly@KellyBrows.com for assessment. We must confirm that the previous pigment has faded sufficiently to allow for a beautiful new application.

By scheduling your session, you acknowledge and confirm the following:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• All medical information provided is accurate and transparent.
• You understand that for certain medical conditions, a physician’s clearance note may be required to proceed with treatment.
